Confession of Faith: Colossians 1:15-20
He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. Prayer For Generosity
“Holy Father, there is nothing we have that You have not given us. All we have and all we are belong to You, bought with the blood of Jesus. To spend selfishly and to give without sacrifice is the way of the world, but generosity is the way of those who call Christ their Lord. So, help us to increase in generosity, to be generous because You, Father, are generous. And may we treasure you above all else. We pray in Jesus’ Name, Amen.”
