This Week's Sermon Scripture
Matthew 7:21-29
Last Renewal Gathering at the Y
Our last service at the Y will be on 5/24, with our first service in the new building on 5/31. Please pray for the many moving parts to see this come to fruition. We are eager and grateful for what the Lord has provided for us!
New Church Building Work Days
Let's get us to the finish line of the new church building by coming together for dedicated work times. Work days will be Friday, May 15, Saturday, May 16, & Saturday, May 23. Come and help for whatever time you can...all of it is appreciated! Sign up below:
Friday 5/15
Saturday 5/16
Saturday 5/23
May 24 is "5th Sunday" for CC Kids
Due to Memorial Day weekend, Sunday 5/24 will be a "5th Sunday," where we close the preK, K-1, 2nd-3rd, and 4th grade CC Kids classes. Instead, these children will attend the worship service with the rest of the church family. We will have sermon note sheets and crayons/pencils available in the gym. Please feel free to bring other supplies you may want to have during the service. Our Nursery and Toddler (Blue & Red) rooms will remain open and staffed. There is great value in the age-appropriate, gospel-centered Bible lessons taught by the fantastic teachers who serve in CC Kids, and there is also great value in children worshipping with the whole church family. These "5th Sundays" provide a great regular rhythm to do just that!
Missionary Send-off Lunch
Mike Li, one of our domestic missionaries, will be transitioning ministries and moving away this summer. We'll be having a lunch for him on May 31 where he'll share more about that transition. If you'd like to come and help send him off, please register below! Lunch provided.
